Daniel I. Singer heads up Sokolof Remtulla’s California office. Daniel has extensive experience representing lenders, servicers, financial institutions, and private equity firms in a broad range of commercial and residential mortgage related matters. Daniel is an accomplished litigator in both state and federal courts, and has focused his practice in collection litigation, bankruptcy, loan workouts, eviction, and title curative matters. Dan previously held positions as deputy general counsel for a large institutional debt buyer. Dan’s experience as a corporate in-house attorney brings a strong business perspective to complete legal issues confronting clients.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, and California Western School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada and all Federal Courts in California and Nevada.
