Emily has been a Florida and New York practicing attorney for over 10 years. She focuses her practice on real estate transactions, foreclosure, and general litigation. Prior to joining Sokolof Remtulla, Emily worked at two large creditors-rights firms as a managing attorney where she created and oversaw numerous legal departments. Emily also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Buffalo, New York where she gained significant trial and litigation experience. Emily is a proud graduate of Villanova University and the University at Buffalo School of Law. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and two children.
