Jason P. Tkaczuk is an attorney with Sokolof Remtulla’s California office.  Jason has experience with bankruptcy, business litigation, and transactional work involving contracts and business formation.  Jason recently graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and Merage School of Business where he completed the JD/MBA dual degree program.  Before law school, he attended the University of California, Berkeley where he earned his BA in Political Science. He is admitted to practice law in both California and Maryland.
