Marlin Gusman, Jr. lives and resides in New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife, Varsha and their 3 kids. Marlin has extensive experience with creditor’s rights, estate planning, family law, construction law, breach of contract, and personal injury law. Marlin has appeared and tried cases in over 30 jurisdictions across the State of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, and all U.S. District Courts in Louisiana (Eastern District, Middle District, and Western District).  Marlin is involved with several non-profit organizations and is an avid traveler who speaks fluent Spanish and has lived and worked abroad.

Marlin earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in History with a minor in Spanish. Marlin graduated from Loyola University Chicago with an MBA in Finance. Marlin received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2015 with a Certificate in Taxation.
