His background includes extensive work in both residential and commercial transactions, where he collaborated with lenders, developers, and investors to ensure smooth and successful closings. As a licensed title insurance agent, Mr. Kelley has overseen thousands of transactions across Louisiana and Mississippi, earning a reputation for reliability, precision, and client-focused service.

He is an active member of both the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association, and is a licensed title insurance agent with WFG National Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Kelley earned his Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2002. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics. A proud LSU graduate, he remains an enthusiastic supporter of the Tigers—Geaux Tigers!
