Mr. Remtulla has focused his practice representing mortgage servicers, investors, tax deed holding companies, and major real estate corporations. Mr. Remtulla has acted as lead counsel defending claims brought pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Practices Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. Mr. Remtulla has successfully litigated hundreds of cases throughout Florida and is well known in the industry for his pragmatic approach to practicing law.

Mr. Remtulla is a proud 2007 graduate of Columbia Law School. He earned his B.S. (cum laude) in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Additionally Mr. Remtulla has a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Remtulla is active in the local community and is a huge Gator football supporter.
