Personal Experience
Mr. Rutledge has been an attorney for almost 30 years, focusing on real estate and mortgage default throughout. At various points in his career, he has served as Managing Partner and later Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s largest multi-state default firms, and also as Chief Operating Officer of a second multi-state default servicing firm. Mr. Rutledge brings extensive experience in both the legal and operational aspects of legal practice to benefit the firm’s real estate and mortgage servicing clients.
Membership and Activities
Mr. Rutledge is a member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
Education
Mr. Rutledge graduated from Emory University in 1990 with a B.S. in Psychology, and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994. He has been a local coach in soccer and football for many years, and has served local charities and on non-profit boards. A lifelong resident of the State of Georgia, Mr. Rutledge enjoys traveling, hiking, and rooting for his University of Georgia Bulldogs.
